The 230-room Warwick Seattle Hotel has renovated 74 of its rooms; phase two of the project, which will encompass another third of the rooms, will begin in the fall and be completed by the end of the year. All rooms will be redone by the first quarter of 2012. The new design opens up the rooms to give guests more space; new Serta pillow-top beds have been installed; all double beds have been replaced with queens; and flat-screen TVs and iPod docking stations have been added. The property offers about 2,400 square feet of meeting space.
