Toronto-based luxury hotel chain Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts has begun offering guests a new, multifunctional, content-rich global app that allows them to customize their stay at any of its properties. Functions and features of the Four Seasons App include the ability to make and manage reservations in multiple locations, check in and check out, and place room-service orders for food and special in-room requests, such as toiletries, towels and pillows. In addition, the app allows users the ability to customize their itinerary, such as making dining reservations, purchasing tickets to cultural attractions and more. The app can be downloaded onto any mobile device from Google Play, Apple iTunes Store or the Amazon App Store.
