The Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas, in Irving, Texas, is scheduled to be auctioned March 2, even though the owners still are in talks with their lenders. The Dallas Morning News reported that a Feb. 2 sale of the 431-room resort fell through. U.S. Bank NA is seeking repayment of a $183 million loan to the property, which added 34 new villas and two specialty suites in 2009. Officials at the hotel still say they expect no interruption in day-to-day operations.
