The 431-room Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas in Irving, Texas, has been sold to a company set up by Blackstone Real Estate Advisors for an estimated $150 million, according to the Dallas Morning News. The property, built in 1984, is  home to the PGA Tour's HP Byron Nelson Championship. On 400 acres, the hotel features about 32,000 square feet of meeting space, including an 8,000-square-foot ballroom, plus two championship golf courses, four pools, 20 tennis courts and the full-service Spa & Salon.
