The owner of the 368-room Four Seasons New York has received a $900 million bid for the Midtown Manhattan property, according to press reports. The buyer, who was undisclosed at press time, is rumored to be affiliated with the government of Brunei. Through its Brunei Investment Agency, the sultanate's government owns luxury hotel management firm Dorchester Collection.
