The Grand Hyatt Taipei, in Taiwan, has finished a renovation of its 853 guest rooms as part of a larger US$100 million propertywide overhaul. The project, which will be completed next spring, includes the reconstruction of four of the nine restaurants, the grand club facilities, outdoor spaces, and behind-the-scenes infrastructural systems like air-conditioning and electrical. The hotel has more than 26,000 square feet of meeting space, two fitness centers and an outdoor heated swimming pool.
