The 348-room Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta has debuted in Nuevo Vallarta, a rebranding of the Vallarta Palace and the second of three Hard Rock Hotels planned for Mexico. The all-inclusive property, just north of Puerto Vallarta in the Riviera Nayarit, features four restaurants, four bars, the Rock Spa, two swimming pools and 6,300 square feet of meeting space. The Hard Rock Hotel Cancun, a rebranding of the Cancun Palace, was the first to debut in the country; early next year the Aventura Cove Palace and Aventura Spa Palace will combine to become the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya.
