Hard Rock International has announced plans to build the 170-room Hard Rock Hotel Hartford in the Connecticut city's Downtown North neighborhood, home of a new minor-league baseball stadium.
"We're excited to bring the Hard Rock brand to New England in a city as welcoming as Hartford," said Marco Roca, executive vice president of global hotel development at Hard Rock International. "We look forward to being a part of Hartford's Downtown North evolution as one of the most exciting new neighborhoods in the region."
The new-build property will feature a rooftop pool and lounge, a Hard Rock Cafe, a Body Rock workout facility, a Rock Spa featuring the brand's Rhythm & Motion spa menu, and a Rock Shop. Details of the hotel's meeting space have not yet been revealed.
