Harrah's Resort, home to one of the nine casinos in Atlantic City, is plowing ahead with renovations. In June, the hotel completed a full transformation of its 507-room Coastal Tower. Harrah's now plans to spend $24 million refreshing the 416 rooms in the Marina Tower, which will be renamed the Laguna Tower.

The refreshed rooms, which measure 450 square feet and will feature lavender and blue hues, are expected to be unveiled in April 2020. The renovations are part of a $300 million investment Caesars Entertainment has made over the past four years to its three Atlantic City casinos: Harrah's Resort, Bally's Atlantic City and Caesars Atlantic City

"We are thrilled to introduce our new Laguna Tower to our guests in 2020, which will complete over $86 million in upgrades to our rooms and suites within the last three years," said Ron Baumann, Caesars Entertainment's regional president, in a statement.
