In Turkey, the 829-room Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center has opened on the European side of the city in the Sisli district, with nearly 130,000 square feet of function space. The new property, Istanbul's largest hotel, is alongside a shopping and entertainment complex being developed at the site of the former Bomonti Beer Factory. The 35,000-square-foot eforea:spa at Hilton is Turkey's first, and includes indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a gym. Also on-site are the Globe restaurant and Cloud 34, a lounge on the 34th floor with views of the city.
