Following the sale of the 304-room Hilton Valencia in Valencia, Spain, the property is being reflagged as the Melia Valencia Palacio de Congresos. Sol Melia's sixth property in the southern Spanish city is scheduled to debut under the new flag on Feb. 21. The hotel, which is in the tallest building in Valencia, was shuttered by its previous owners last June. The reflagged property will offer a 21,500-square-foot convention center with 18 event rooms, along with two restaurants, a spa, a swimming pool and a gym.
