A Hyatt House will be built in the Santa Fe business district of Mexico City, the first Hyatt-branded extended-stay property in Mexico. The 119-room property will open in 2016 and feature the H BAR for casual dining, 2,000 square feet of meeting space, free Wi-Fi, a workout room and a swimming pool. The hotel will be part of a mixed-use complex that will include about 64,500 square feet of retail and office space, an upscale assisted-living facility and an elevated pathway to the American British Cowdray Medical Center, a respected private hospital. Hyatt House Santa Fe is the eighth Hyatt-branded property to open or be in development in Mexico.
