The 398-room Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino in Incline Village, Nev., officially debuted its $20 million renovation last week, which includes a transformation of all guest rooms, the Sierra Café and the Spa Terrace Conference Center. The $45,000-per-room makeover has resulted in a "Grand Lodge-style" look, including new oak furniture, modern bathroom amenities and new multimedia hubs. The 208-seat Sierra Café sports a $1.5 million redesign with indoor and outdoor dining, and the Spa Terrace Conference Center unveiled a $500,000 renovation to its seven meeting rooms, including a 3,000-square-foot ballroom.
