The 498-room Hyatt Regency Boston has earned the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star for superior energy efficiency. The Theater District property has lowered its energy consumption by 42 percent over the past few years, from 12.3 million kilowatts a year to 7.1 million. The hotel offers 24,000 square feet of meeting space.
