A Hyatt Regency is under development in Santiago de Cali, Colombia, slated to open in 2016. The 218-room hotel will be in northwestern Cali, adjacent to the city's largest shopping center, in the World Trade Center Pacific Cali mixed-use development. Amenities will include a restaurant and bar, nearly 15,000 square feet of meeting facilities, a spa, a fitness center and an indoor pool. The surrounding development promises additional high-end retail establishments, office space and medical facilities. The Hyatt Regency Cali is the third Hyatt property to be announced for the country; the Grand Hyatt Bogotá and the Hyatt Regency Cartagena also are set to debut in 2016.
