The Hyatt Regency Greenville (S.C.) completed a multimillion-dollar renovation earlier this week. The project, which began in December 2011, included a renovation and redesign of the property's 328 guest rooms, public areas, lobby and corridors. In addition, the hotel now offers a new restaurant, Roost, which features local, seasonal and organic Southern-inspired menu items. The property also renovated and expanded its meeting space, which now totals 37,500 square feet.
