The property’s 499 guest rooms now include workstations, new woodwork, 37-inch LCD televisions and iHome stations. Additionally, 25 of the rooms are now hypoallergenic. The renovation also included new contemporary design and furnishings in the hotel’s revolving rooftop restaurant, The Eagle’s Nest, and a new Regency Club that serves cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and continental breakfast. The property has more than 35,000 square feet of meeting space.
