The Hyatt Regency Louisville (Ky.) will be closed Dec. 19-30 for a $6 million renovation. The 393-room, 19-story hotel will add a glass canopy over its entrance, revamp the lobby and shut its Trellis restaurant before reopening New Year's Eve. A new restaurant, S'way (short for Southern way) will replace Trellis and will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.
