Hyatt Regency Minneapolis has completed a $25 million renovation that upgraded the 533 guest rooms, public areas and restaurants. New at the property is the Prairie Kitchen Bar, a 5,500-square-foot restaurant specializing in locally grown and seasonal items with influences from the Scandinavian and farming heritage of Minnesota. The hotel features 74,000 square feet of meeting space.
