 When the 1,193-room Hyatt Regency New Orleans reopens in October, it will feature the latest venture from James Beard award-winning New Orleans chef John Besh. Dubbed Borgne, the 7,600-square-foot, 300-seat restaurant will serve casual, coastal Louisiana seafood with a Spanish influence. The property, which features 200,000 square feet of meeting and event space, is reopening next month following a $275 million redesign and revitalization.
