Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa has completed a $100 million renovation of the resort's 1,230 guest rooms, which now feature soothing shades of blue that evoke the sea and sky. New room furnishings, such as long desks with surfboard-shaped ends and Koa wood clocks, offer subtle nods to Hawaiian culture. Other new features from the two-year project include 55-inch TVs, additional outlet pods, dimmer-equipped light fixtures, increased storage and spa-like bathroom amenities.
