The Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa will be undergoing a $100 million renovation tentatively slated for the middle of next year. Details of the renovations have yet to be finalized, but the property's 1,230 guest rooms are likely to see Hyatt's Sealy Posturpedic Grand Bed, bidet-style toilets and new in-room technology. The hotel offers 19,500 square feet of function space, several dining options, the Na Ho'ola Spa, an outdoor swimming pool and more.
