A 700-room Hyatt and a 300-room property operated by the Morgan's Hotel Group will be built at the Baha Mar complex in the Cable Beach area of Nassau, Bahamas. Hyatt Hotels also will develop 50 time-share units. Earlier this month, developers announced that a 200-room Rosewood Hotels & Resort property will be built. Currently, the complex includes the 694-room Sheraton Nassau Beach Resort and the 550-room Wyndham Nassau Resort. When completed in 2014, the resort will have a total of 200,000 square feet of meeting space.
