The all-inclusive Iberostar Playa Mita will debut this December in the Riviera Nayarit on Mexico's Pacific coast. The 452-room resort, Iberostar's first in the region, will be in the Litibú development, near Punta Mita. The property is about a 45-minute drive from the airport in Puerto Vallarta. Part of Iberostar's Premium category, the resort will include 120 oceanfront junior suites and two presidential suites, as well as two swimming pools, the on-site SPA Sensations, tennis courts and a fitness center. The 18-hole Greg Norman-designed Litibú Golf Club will be next to the resort. The new Iberostar will have four specialty restaurants, as well as a buffet, a snack bar, several bars and 24-hour room service. An on-site theater will host nightly entertainment. For families, a Kids Club and children's pool will be available. Nearly 5,000 square feet of meeting and event space will be available among three meeting rooms.
