The Savoy, one of London's most famous hotels, will reopen in October. The 268-room property closed for renovations in late 2007. The restored hotel will feature new interiors by designer Pierre Yves Rochon. The property, which is managed by Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, also will have 13 meeting rooms; a fitness center; a rooftop pool; a winter garden gazebo, where afternoon tea will be served; the Beaufort Bar; the American Bar; the Savoy Grill, and the River Restaurant.
