The 345-room JW Marriott Hotel Chengdu is open for business in the capital of China's Sichuan province. The new luxury property, centrally located in Chengdu's business district, offers views of the Sichuan Library and Chengdu Museum, the city's newest landmarks. The hotel is next to Tianfu Square and the Kuan and Zhai Alleys.

The stylish, sophisticated new-build has 47 suites among its guest rooms, as well as an executive lounge. The signature restaurant, Man Ho, features Cantonese cuisine with Sichuan flavors and offers five private dining rooms for groups. There are three additional F&B venues on-site: the open-all-day Table, with a buffet serving international cuisine; Chengdu Baking Company, serving sandwiches, desserts and coffee; and the Lounge, which serves cocktails and appetizers.

Amenities include a spa, a fitness center and an indoor swimming pool, as well as nearly 20,000 square feet of meeting space. The grand ballroom offers more than 10,000 square feet of space, plus a connected private rooftop function area. The ballroom can be divided into three smaller rooms, and eight separate function rooms also are available.

The JW Marriott Chengdu is the first of five planned projects with Maoye International, owners of the property.
