 The 153-room JW Marriott Cusco opens week at the gateway to Machu Picchu in Peru. It is JW Marriott's highest-altitude property, at 11,154 feet above sea level. Built on the grounds of a colonial monastery amid Inca artifacts, the hotel offers two restaurants, a fitness center, a 3,300-square-foot spa, a 1,142-square-foot meeting room and several retail stores.
