 In the wake of Japan's massive earthquake, Japanese hotels and their guests have come out reportedly unscathed. According to Hotelnewsnow.com, no major international hotel chain, including Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Marriott International, InterContinental Hotels Group, Hyatt Hotels Corp. and Hilton Worldwide, has reported major structural damage or guest injuries. Additionally, Monterey, JAL Hotels, Prince Hotels & Resorts and Accor have reported some operational disruptions and closures, though no serious damage or injuries.
