The Kimpton Everly makes its debut today, offering 216 rooms at the base of the Hollywood Hills in the Beachwood Canyon neighborhood of Los Angeles. The new boutique property is near Hollywood's famous attractions and provides panoramic views of the Hollywood sign, the L.A. skyline and the Pacific Coast.

Guest rooms promise loads of natural light and a modern design with natural materials and pops of color. Twelve suites can be found on floors five to 15, with views of the city and the hills. Among those, premium suites offer additional seating areas, claw-foot tubs and luxury linens, among other high-end amenities.

The lobby, which has a 28-foot ceiling, is the property's social hub. An all-glass library room just off the main space is available for private gatherings. The on-site F&B options, Jane Q and the Ever Bar, provide casual California fare and a stylish lounge, respectively.

A fifth-floor rooftop pool is available for guests from sunrise to sunset and features six cabanas and service for light bites and cocktails. The pool area also is available for private events and is one option  among the 12,600 square feet of meeting and event space available on-site. Other meeting spots include a 512-square-foot boardroom and two 2,200-square-foot ballrooms with high ceilings and an industrial loft design.

The new hotel also offers a 24-hour gym, rooftop yoga classes, complimentary bicycles to explore the area, in-room yoga mats and an evening wine hour.
