A propertywide renovation has been completed at the 335-room Kimpton Hotel Palomar DC in Washington, D.C. All rooms were redone, as well as all public and meeting spaces.
The new look was taken from the district's Georgetown University and the surrounding universities and art galleries. Kimpton Hotel Palomar DC's 26 executive, spa and presidential suites have the same look as the guest rooms, featuring Georgetown-grey platform  beds as well as bright throw pillows, wire light fixtures and herringbone-tweed lounge chairs. A new bridal suite has been added, which can be used as a hospitality suite.
The Kimpton Hotel Palomar DC's 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space was redesigned in early 2015. The seven spaces can accommodate groups of from 10 to 300 people. The property's restaurant, Urbana Dining & Drinks, feature fresh Italian dishes often accented with herbs from the rooftop garden.
