 The L.A. Hotel Downtown will be reflagged as a Hyatt Regency in May. Currently undergoing a $20 million renovation, the 419-room property will be renamed the Hyatt Regency Los Angeles Downtown and is undergoing upgrades to its guest rooms, public spaces, meeting and event areas, business and fitness centers, restaurants and lobby. The property offers more than 22,000 square feet of meeting space.
