Langham Hospitality Group has partnered with Omniyat, a privately held Dubai-based real-estate development group, to bring the company's first luxury hotel to Dubai. Rising in the Burj Khalifa district, the US$273 million, 167-room Langham Place Downtown Dubai, to open in 2018, will include 4,000 square feet of meeting space, four dining outlets, a rooftop bar and a full-service branded spa. Langham currently operates 27 hotels in Asia, Europe and the U.S. under its four brands: Cordis, Eaton, Langham Place, and The Langham, and one independent property, the Chelsea Hotel, Toronto.
