The 225-room Back Bay Hotel in Boston is being purchased by Loews Hotels & Resorts. The acquisition will close next month. The building was built in the 1920s as the Boston Police Department Headquarters and continued to house the bad and the good until the late 1990s. The property features five meeting rooms, able to host events of up to 100. Two dining options are available: Cuffs, an Irish Bar, and the Stanhope Grille.
