The 354-room Loews Regency New York will undergo a $70 million renovation, to be completed by February 2014, in time for the Super Bowl that will take place at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J. The stadium is the home of the New York Giants, which is 50 percent owned by members of the Tisch family, Loews Corp.'s founders. The project at the Midtown Manhattan property, which has 4,400 square feet of meeting space, will be done in stages to avoid service disruptions.
