The 1,946-room Marriott Marquis in New York City has completed a revamp of its lobby, two restaurants and the 29,000-square-foot Broadway Ballroom. Among the ballroom's new features are chandeliers with color-changing LED technology. Other additions include the new Broadway Lounge, and a new lobby restaurant and lounge called Crossroads ‚Äì an American Kitchen and Bar. Currently, half of the property's guest rooms have been renovated; the other half will be completed in spring 2012. A new function space, The Liberty Room, is scheduled to open next month.
