A $1 million renovation has been completed to the 5,000 square feet of meeting space at the Salish Lodge in Snoqualmie, Wash. The 84-room property, 30 miles east of Seattle, serves local and sustainable fare in the Dining Room, while the more casual Attic has been updated with new furnishings and a new menu. Both eateries have access to an extensive wine cellar. In the spa, several treatments use honey from the hotel's own apiary.
