Nashville city officials have approved an agreement to develop a Hyatt Regency hotel near the new Music City Center convention hall, according to the Tennessean. Construction on the new 450-room,  $135 million property is expected to begin later this year, with completion in the fall of 2015. The hotel will offer 25,000 square feet of meeting space and several retail and dining options.
