The 1,606-room Hilton Anatole Hotel in Dallas is building a $15 million resort-style pool complex, which will be completed in May 2016. The area will offer a leisure pool, a beach-entry family pool, a lazy river, luxury cabanas, and a splash zone with two 30-foot slides.

For groups, the project will also create two new event lawns, each able to host up to 200 people; the lawns will join the hotel's existing park space, which can hold events of up to 3,000. Groups will be able to gather from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

The property offers 349,000 square feet of event space, as well as an outdoor pool, a spa, a fitness center, tennis courts and a seven-acre sculpture park with a jogging trail. The signature restaurant, Ser Steak + Spirits, is on the hotel's 27th floor.
