New Denver Hotel to Be Named the Crawford
The 112-room hotel currently under construction in Denver's historic Union Station will be named the Crawford Hotel, after urban preservationist and Union Station partner Dana Crawford. The property, which opens in summer 2014, takes up the top floors of the north and south wings of the station. Hotel groups will have access to the 10,000 square feet of meeting space at the 80-room Oxford Hotel across the street, as well as the Oxford Club, Spa and Salon. The 1881 Beaux Arts station also will offer four Colorado chef-owned restaurants, shops and more.
