The 1,120-room Hyatt Regency Dallas has completed renovations to its atrium, including the addition of a new bar and restaurant. The 42-foot Monduel's bar now is adjacent to the signature marble star in the hotel's atrium floor. The restaurant, Centennial Cafe, offers a chef's table and new menus, including dinner dishes that feature the five regions of Texas. The property offers 160,000 square feet of meeting space.
