The JW Marriott Chicago will open a new spa in July. Formerly known as VALEO Chicago, the Spa at JW Chicago will offer a new menu of services, bento-box-inspired healthy meals from the hotel's executive chef, renovated treatment rooms and new retail offerings featuring Trina Turk apparel, Clarisonic, the Jack Black shaving line and more.

The facilities will be in the hotel's lower galleria level and offer a full menu of treatments that include the Purifying HydraFacial, a resurfacing treatment that cares for the skin by providing cleansing, exfoliation, extractions and hydration; the MoroccanOil Hydrating Hammam Experience, a detoxification treatment that incorporates the MoroccanOil Fleur d' Oranger Cleansing Bar; the Couples Journey, a full-body exfoliation scrub followed by a soak in an infinity tub; and the Short But Sweet Collection of 25-minute massages, facials and manicures.

The 610-room luxury Loop property opened in November following a $440 million restoration project. For groups, the hotel has 44,000 square feet of function space.
