The Time Hotel in New York City's Times Square, part of the Time Hotels brand, is undergoing a head-to-toe renovation that will be unveiled this fall. Included in a project being conducted by the Rockwell Group are upgrades to the 193 guest rooms (25 of which are suites). The property's public spaces also will get a facelift; a day lounge with a communal worktable and window seating nooks where guests and visitors can socialize or work will be added on the second floor. On the lower level near the entry, the hotel's restaurant, Serafina, will be outfitted with natural materials inspired by the colors of Northern Italy.
