Among the J.D. Power 2014 Customer Champions list are nine travel brands: two airlines, two rental-car companies and five hotels. The list, released Monday, names the top 50 service brands according to customer feedback in the U.S., based on performance in the areas of people, presentation, price, process and product. More than 600 brands were evaluated, representing nine industries. Among the Customer Champions are the carriers JetBlue Airways and Southwest Airlines, rental-car companies Enterprise and National, and the lodging brands Drury Hotels, Four Seasons, Homewood Suites, Ritz-Carlton and Staybridge Suites.
