The 300-room Omni Frisco Hotel at the Dallas Cowboys' Star complex has opened in Texas.
"This is a project we're so happy to finally unveil to our customers as well as the people of Frisco," said Jim Caldwell, CEO of Omni Hotels & Resorts. "So much thought and effort has gone into the design and execution of this hotel, and we are thrilled to have such exceptional partners in the Dallas Cowboys. The Omni Frisco Hotel will truly be a destination for all things luxury in North Texas."
The history and colors of the football team are present in the décor throughout the rooms and public spaces. Amenities include the fourth-floor rooftop Edge pool and a 24-hour fitness center.
Dallas chef Nick Badovinus has designed the restaurant, Neighborhood Services, which is run by the hotel's executive chef, Richard Blankenship. The eatery serves eclectic dishes such as Butcher's Meatballs, Crispy Asparagus and Butcher's Burger. The property also has a rooftop pool bar and grill, featuring seasonal fare, and the Lobby Bar, pouring a wine list curated by master sommelier Drew Hendricks.
For groups, the hotel offers 24,000 square feet of meeting space. The Star, aka Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters, also has a plethora of gathering spaces, including a 12,000-seat event center.
