The first phase of the 2,000-room Orlando World Center Marriott's multimillion-dollar renovation was completed this past week with extensive enhancements to the North Tower's 504 rooms, 10 suites and nearly 14,000 square feet of meeting space. Additional renovations include upgrades to 14 meeting rooms in the hotel's Hall of Cities area, a redesigned Starbucks in the lobby, the remodeling of 110 suites and a new pool deck. Phase two of the project will feature enhancements to the hotel's Falls Pool, waterslides, kid's activity area and an Italian restaurant. The property offers 450,000 square feet of meeting space.
