The 155-room Park Hyatt Sydney, which features views of the Australian city's iconic opera house, has reopened following a head-to-toe renovation. Three rooftop suites with expansive views were added on a new fourth level, and all guest rooms were completely redone. The spa has been expanded, now offering five treatment rooms and two aromatherapy rooms. Meeting space has expanded to a total of about 4,300 square feet, including the new Guest House, a special-event space for up to 70 guests that features a presentation kitchen. A new restaurant, the Dining Room, serves local dishes.
