A new 12-story Waldorf Astoria in Beverly Hills, Calif., will feature 170 guest rooms, a three-story art deco lobby, a rooftop swimming pool, an upscale restaurant and approximately 6,300 square feet of meeting space. The $200 million project is part of a larger $500 million development that eventually will include two residential towers. The hotel, the brand's first property west of Chicago, will open in 2017.
