Radisson has partnered with Meeting Professionals International to upgrade the education available in the hotel company's Meetings Success program.

Meetings Success now will offer a proprietary certification, gained through completion of six online training modules. By the end of 2015, all general managers and directors of sales at the hotel company's properties are expected to be Meetings Success Certified. The course is open to all hotel employees. The training modules touch on topics including strategic meetings management, business evaluation, negotiation and hosting environmentally friendly meetings.

"MPI is a leader in the industry and we're confident, through this collaboration, employees will be equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to ensure every meeting is a success."

Radisson is finishing up brandwide renovations at more than 150 hotels in the Americas, and will have refreshed its entire portfolio by the end of 2015.
