Dolce Hotels & Resorts officially opened Ravella at Lake Las Vegas on Friday, a 349-room resort on a man-made lake 17 miles from the Las Vegas Strip. Dolce purchased the property when the Ritz-Carlton, Lake Las Vegas, shut its doors last spring. Ravella has a 30,000-square-foot spa, along with 39,000 square feet of meeting space. A Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course is nearby, as is a marina and the village of Lake Las Vegas, which offers walkable streets with boutiques and restaurants.
