The Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel has completed its $27 million lobby and guest-room renovation, and now offers new artwork and design inspired by the Windy City. Lobby upgrades include a new VIP Club Lounge, a coffee bar, a library and a food market. The 518 guest rooms have received enhancements to soft goods, while the 42 suites underwent complete renovations. The property has more than 34,800 square feet of function space.
